Michael Coates - Founder
An entrepreneur, educator, business strategist, and creative visionary with more than 20 years of professional leadership and business experience spanning information technology, program and administrative management, business operations, strategic planning, and entrepreneurship.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a Master of Education, further strengthening his commitment to education, leadership, and empowering others through knowledge.
Driven by a passion for innovation, creativity, and lifelong learning, Michael founded McVibeMedia, LLC to create opportunities that help people build businesses, develop new skills, launch products, strengthen brands, and transform ideas into reality.
His work includes developing brands such as Kismycandle, expanding educational initiatives through Kismycandle Academy, creating digital products, designing immersive experiences, and building resources that inspire creativity, connection, and personal growth. He is also working to establish Toddlers Leadership Academy, an early childhood education center dedicated to fostering leadership, confidence, creativity, and lifelong learning from an early age.
